Employee-driven innovation

Two ways to drive innovation

The company can start Innovar IN. The initiative can also come from its employees: ask for the method together or develop a proposal for their own company.

Route A

Ask for Innovar IN

A joint request for the company to consider implementing the method. An endorsement expresses interest: it is not an order, a signature or a purchase authorization.

Try the request

Route B

Develop an idea together

A collaboration space to turn an idea into a proposal for one's own company, even if it has not yet implemented Innovar IN.

Try the collaboration

A · Collective request

We want to innovate from within

Scenario: Corporación Ejemplo, S.A. (fictional). The workforce asks for a space with time, support and a response for their ideas. No money involved.

Example endorsement

24 fictional endorsements

The counter illustrates interest. It does not prove viability, budget or how representative it is of the workforce. No real minimum is set.

No person is registered.

Preview of the request

“We would like Corporación Ejemplo to consider an Innovar IN pilot: a channel for ideas, collaboration and human response, with voluntary participation and agreed time.”

Identification and signatures: not enabled in this demo. The real modality must define how to verify membership and authorship, which recipient receives which data and how each participant authorizes that communication.

There is no submission to the company.

B · Project among colleagues

From a shared idea to a proposal

Fictional case: reducing the waste of reusable boxes. A team of three characters develops a proposal for Corporación Ejemplo. It is a local simulation, not a real workspace.

Characters, problem and content are invented. No names, documents or information from a real company can be entered. There are no invitations, chat, connected AI, saving, download or presentation to the employer.

Before opening these routes to real people

Decide what can be shared

Verification of identity and membership with minimal data; roles and access; authorship and use of contributions; confidentiality and intellectual property. Labor and data-protection review before the real service.

Working outside company systems does not remove obligations. Secrets, personal data or third-party materials must not be uploaded without permission. Anonymity is not promised.

Participate without pressure

Voluntary participation, with no penalty and no obligation to spend free time. Moderation, removal, deletion and a clear response are needed. The company's acceptance is not guaranteed.

No list or dossier will be sent automatically. Before any real communication, the recipient, wording and each participant's data must be approved. The company decides whether it wants to consider the proposal; it is not bound by the endorsements.

This route explores employee-driven innovation, not crowdfunding or raising money. We do not claim it is an unprecedented idea in the market. The demo does not yet validate demand, security or viability.
