From the mailbox to a first test
Contribute a fictional idea, receive comments and see the community's support. After that, context, route, risks, an owner and evidence are needed: popularity does not approve a proposal. Example company: Corporación Ejemplo, S.A. (fictional).
An application of your own. A complete cycle.
Innovar IN proposes its own application, adapted to each company's size and needs. A challenge, an open ideas inbox or an employee initiative is the beginning: the work ends when an improvement is put into use, measured and its contributors recognised.
Ideas are reviewed, merged without erasing their authors, developed by teams and tested in pilots with an owner, authorised resources and indicators. A better nut matters too: value does not require inventing a new product.
The proposal includes a dashboard of activity, trends and results by site or region, plus employee summaries. Authorship is retained for internal recognition; any external disclosure needs anonymisation and review. Votes do not decide feasibility or assess people.

Community support
Before a test
Choose known improvement or uncertain exploration. Explain the problem and evidence; name an owner and date; review risks and resources; propose a hypothesis and test. The decision is human and does not depend on votes.
Express mailbox (no sign-in)
Quick version without an account: it is saved in the demo's fictional mailbox and anyone can vote for it. The full experience is in the intranet.
The full intranet
Ideas, votes, comments, teams and human reviews. Management can see all the ideas, not only the most voted. Sign in with a fictional account and try it from your phone if you like.
Employees
ana@corpejemplo.demo or bruno@corpejemplo.demo — they propose, vote, comment and create teams.
Management
ceo@corpejemplo.demo — views all the ideas and records manual states. Password for all three: Innovar#Demo1
Decisions and assessments are made by people. Support does not replace the review of evidence, risk and resources; employees are not evaluated automatically. In the full experience, the design foresees that each person participates with a pseudonym and that real authorship is recorded in a restricted way for recognition; participating would always be voluntary and without penalty.
Employee-driven innovation
Two conceptual routes: ask for Innovar IN to be implemented or develop a proposal for one's own company. Preset examples, with no names, signatures, files or real submissions.
Three journeys to try
Challenge launch
A fictional challenge with a problem, scope and criteria. Linked responses can be saved, with no automatic selection.
Remote teamwork
A pilot record with versions and manual legal, economic and technical reviews. It does not authorize real projects or replace professional advice.
Shared accounts, fictional data only. Guided editor without AI; short visual guide available, remote training to be developed. Capacity for 100,000 employees not validated.
