Try Innovar IN step by step

Ideas, challenges and projects in the intranet, plus the two routes from employees. A short guide to the current screens, not delivered training.

Narrated guide · 2 min 50 s

A montage of real screens with female narration in Spain's Spanish and background instrumental music, not a continuous recording. You can pause or use the written steps below, which are easier on mobile.

Embedded playback is not validated in all browsers. If it does not start, download the MP4 or use the written steps: they contain all the instructions.

The steps, in writing

1. Sign in with a demo account

Open Demo and Enter the demo intranet.

The accounts and password are on that screen.

Ana or Bruno propose; Carmen is management.

They are public accounts: use only invented data.

Open demo sign-in

2. Choose what you want to try

In the intranet bar, open Journeys.

Open idea: a proposal from everyday work.

Challenge: a response to a concrete problem.

Project: pilot record and manual review.

Open the three journeys

3. Contribute a fictional idea

In Ideas, scroll down to Contribute an idea.

Fill in title, description and area; press Publish idea.

The pseudonym only changes the signature of this idea.

Publishing does not approve or select the proposal.

4. Respond to a challenge

In Journeys, open challenge R01.

Read the problem, scope and review criteria.

Press Respond to the challenge and write a fictional idea.

Votes express support, not viability.

5. Check the response

Return to the challenge: it appears in Responses to the challenge.

Open the response to comment and develop it.

The link to the challenge is saved.

It is not a real call.

6. Shape a pilot

In Journeys, open See pilot example.

The guided record poses four questions.

The author or management save versions manually.

The original and its authorship remain intact; there is no AI.

7. Review before the pilot

Management records questions and manual states.

Legal, economic and technical reviews are separate.

Under study does not mean approved.

It does not authorize a pilot or commit budget.

8. Try the two external routes

In Demo, open Employee-driven innovation.

A: simulate support and review the fictional request.

B: walk through Idea, Team, Test and Dossier.

It saves no data and sends nothing: it resets on reload.

Open the two routes from employees

A short guide, not delivered training

Real screens with step-by-step narration.

Real files and private data are not accepted.

A program adaptable to each company's needs.

Participating is voluntary; it does not oblige anyone to use free time.

Demo screenshots from November 3, 2026. The shared content may change as other people try it. There is no authorized real pilot, guarantee of results or proven capacity for 100,000 employees. Remote sessions, groups, schedules, syllabus and support will be agreed before opening a real service.
